By accessing or using the HazeACO Dashboard web application or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
HazeACO provides an automated checkout organization and tracking service for collectibles (primarily Pokémon TCG, sports cards, One Piece, and similar items from retailers like Target, Walmart, Pokémon Center, etc.).

The Service is a tool for organizing and tracking your checkout activity. We are not responsible for the outcome of any individual checkout attempt, product availability, or retailer decisions.
You authenticate via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account. Do not share your login credentials or access tokens with others. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
By using the email scraper feature, you:
We do not read, store, or process any email content beyond order confirmations from supported retailers (Walmart, Target, Pokémon Center, etc.).
If you provide a phone number, you consent to receiving automated SMS messages for time-sensitive product drop alerts. You may remove your phone number at any time from your profile settings to stop receiving alerts. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply.
Membership tiers, pricing, and payment are managed through the HazeACO Discord server. These Terms govern your use of the Dashboard only. Membership terms, refund policies, and payment disputes are handled per the arrangements made in the Discord server.
Points earned through the Service have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for currency. Points can be redeemed for items in the member store as available. We reserve the right to adjust point balances, modify the rewards catalog, or change the points system at any time.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the property of HazeACO. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes as a member. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular checkout or product purchase will be successful. Checkout results depend on retailer availability, bot performance, and factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HazeACO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the month preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or removal from the Discord server. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting an admin.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via Discord.
